Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Escondido

Hello everyone, I'm looking to find myself a replacement in my lease at Summit Apartments Escondido. I am still currently residing in the room so if I show it to you you will see it in its furnished state. However I will be removing myself the moment I'm off the lease and you whoever you are successfully takes my spot in the lease. I'm entirely willing to prorate, or provide some incentive to give me time to get out by making sure the rest of the month is covered rent wise.I have 2 male roommates who are respectful and clean, aged 29 and 23, both are working and rent out the two smaller bedrooms on the other side of the apartment. This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony, in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. 1200 square feet on the ground level. It is carpeted in all the rooms aside from bathrooms and kitchen.This apartment is fairly inexpensive considering its size and location. it's located right near the heart of Escondido just a few minutes walk from grand avenue. plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and its only 2 blocks from the local library. In general street parking is no big deal however the unit does come with a small single car garage.As of right now I'm not going to add pictures as I'm still living here.
