Need to pass on our tenancy due to moving away. The apartment is in the BRAND NEW building overlooking Angel Meadows. on the 15th floor (one below top) you can see the Peaks, City ground, and sun set in the evening overlooking the park.

The Apartment is a large, unfurnished one bed so you can put your own stamp on it (see pictures) We've only been here for 2 months, and it was brand new prior so everything still smells new and works perfectly. The apartment even has Air Conditioning throughout!

The building is entirely new and has a fancy lounge with free coffee and wifi + a communal gym and yoga studio.

The tenancy is due to expire on 4/8/2023 and we're flexible move out in Feb 2023 sometime. If you're looking at moving soon (or know someone who is) and interested let us know! :)
