ONE PRIVATE ROOM AND A SHARED BATH FOR $900 A MONTH IN A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOUSE....We are a couple, 46 and 51 years old. We never argue. Our home is a very loving, peaceful one. We are mindful of noise levels at all times. We keep a clean house, and expect our tenants to clean up after themselves. We have references from previous tenants. We are looking for one professional female who is quiet, considerate, cleans after themselves, has no pets, no children, and no smoking cigarettes in the house. You would share a bathroom with one female renter who likes to keep it very clean.
