Ideally looking to fill this house with creatives, or students going to CSUN college.There are two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and one of the bedrooms available has a bed and mattress in it as well.There is a pool table in the garage and a big back yard roommates would be welcome to!I am a creative as well and I work as a camera assistant/ operator in the film industry.
