This is a small, cozy 9-unit complex located in Northwest Arcadia. We live in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath and have 1 large room available right now with a poolside view of the complex. All living quarters are shared including 1 and a half bathrooms as well as shared utilities. Water and trash will be taken care of. We have laundry on site, central air and heat, and 1 parking spot in the carport. Our unit is the largest out of the 9-unit complex. 2nd floor and cover the entire 18-car carport so nobody lives underneath us. We ask for 975 per month and a 975 security deposit.
