We are 2 blocks away from APU, Citrus College, Shopping Centers, Food Courts & Laundry. We are near the [HIDDEN] & 605 FWY. Utilities & Wi-Fi are included. You are welcome to use the kitchen. Laundry IS NOT included. We are very nice people & we’re hoping to share our home with someone nice too, we’re looking to welcome a reliable, respectful & well mannered young female student or female professional. You will share the bathroom with 2 female tenants. Please Keep in mind this is a family home so expect basic house rules: NO SMOKING, NO OVERNIGHT GUEST, NO PETS, YOU MUST CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF & KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN. There is 1 extra parking available on a 1st come, 1st served basis, more parking within the complex as well as street parking.
