Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Mid-Wilshire

HiI have decided to rent my spare room. Large room with balcony with great DTLA views.My place is a 2 floor duplex and very spacious. It would be a shared bath. I typically get ready in the half bath on the first floor also.I am looking for someone laid back and easy going. I am pretty chill and want someone the sameMy biggest thing with a roommate is that they are very aware of my dogs. I have a Great Dane and a small poodle mix. I don't expect anyone to take care of them but just know they are part of the house.The room is furnished in the pics.. Nothing has to stay in the room. 1200 includes utilities and wifiThanks!!
