Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located right next to Carlsbad village and 2 short blocks away from the beach. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, and the train station. There are 2 small patios, one connected to the living room and the other connected to the bedrooms. This will be a 12 month lease starting September 1st 2024-September 1st 2025. The living room is partially furnished while the bedroom would be unfurnished. The person renting the room would have the master bedroom and the parking spot located right outside the apartment. There is a fireplace, heater, and an on site laundry room directly next to the apartment as well. Utilities are not included and it is required that you make a minimum of $4,700 per month before taxes. About the roommate: I am a 23 year old female seeking another female roommate preferably in their 20’s to mid 30’s. I work at a brewery 5 days a week, sometimes more. My work hours vary between night and mornings. I enjoy working out, going to the beach, and cooking. Looking for a roommate who is respectful and clean.
