Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 52 m² in Dortmund

English: This apartment with 2 living/bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and corridor is particularly suitable for flat shares, as each room has its own bathroom. The photos are not up to date.
We have further improved the furnishing of the rooms.
Unfortunately, since the apartment is rented until the end of September, I cannot provide any current photos.
Everything you need to live is there.
If you should be missing something, it will be taken care of at short notice.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of drawers and a chemist's cupboard.
The rent is for 3 to 4 people. Since the energy costs cannot be realistically estimated, I unfortunately have to set the rent accordingly. It has been shown that tenants are not economical when it comes to flat-rate rent. I'm sorry to burden the correct tenants with this.
If fewer tenants move in, we can arrange an individual discount. Wunderflats has not provided any option for this.
German: Diese Wohnung mit 2 Wohn/Schlafräumen, 2 Badezimmern, Küche und Korridor ist besonders für WGs geeignet, da jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell.
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer haben wir weiter verbessert.
Da die Wohnung bis Ende September vermietet ist kann ich aber leider keine aktuellen Fotos zur Verfügung stellen.
Alles, was Sie zum Leben benötigen, ist vorhanden.
Wenn Ihnen etwas fehlen sollte wird es kurzfristig besorgt.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen im Waschkeller zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, viele Schubladen und einen Apothekerschrank.
Die Miete ist für 3 bis 4 Personen. Da die Energiekosten nicht realistisch abschätzbar sind muss ich leider die Miete entsprechend hoch ansetzen. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass Mieter bei einer Pauschalmiete nicht sparsam damit umgehen. Es tut mir leid, damit auch die korrekten Mieter zu belasten.
Falls weniger Mieter einziehen, können wir einen individuellen Rabatt vereinbaren. Wunderflats hat hierfür keine Möglichkeit vorgesehen.
