It is equipped with TV, hairdryer and linen service. Renovated in 2024 and equipped with new furniture, it is very comfortable and ideal for a family made up of 2 parents and max 2 children. The residence is at Km 4 of Via Aremogna, 2.3 km from the center of Roccaraso, 4km from the ski lifts Pizzalto ski lift and 6 km from the Aremogna ski lift station. Being located in a central position, it is free from the problem of traffic that is generated on Via Aremogna at the end of the skiing day. It is strongly recommended to use your own means of transport to reach the Residence from the center of Roccaraso and/or from the installations. Unfortunately, public transport services are sparse and unreliable. It has a garage with unassigned spaces which, although large, could become saturated in the high season. It also has a large outdoor car park useful for containing excess cars. The common areas are located on the 0th floor of the residence.
