The room is situated on the second floor of the residential building in a large 4+1 apartment.
There are 3 private bedrooms, a large living room with TV and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a balcony facing to a courtyard. There are 2,5 bathrooms in total ( a bathroom with bath and a sink + a separate WC + a bathroom with shower and toilet) and an entrance hall.
The apartment is quiet, clean and well maintained. Building is safe, under camera control system and there is an electronic key access plus a security gate. Parking is possible with a residential card in front of the building, on weekends for free. There is a washing machine.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area , on the border between Prague 5 and Prague 1, in Zborovská street.
Vltava river is just behind a corner, 5 mins to Kampa or Petrin park. The closest tram stop is Svandovo divadlo or Újezd.
The apartment and whole building is strictly non-smoking, except the balcony from the kitchen.
Fast wifi connection – Vodafone plus TV with a basic programmes.
No possibility to bring a large furniture. The rooms are already furnished. Bedlinen, blankets and pillows as well.
A possibility of cleaning service once a week in common areas for a fee.
