The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance.
The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
