Rent 1 bedroom house in Austin

The house is quiet the roommates are respectful. TVs are watched only in our bedrooms. We only listen to music on headsets. This is a roommate situation. I have had some roommates, who became friends and others who were just roommates. I prefer to meet the person outside the home initially because the people are more important than the place.
