Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 65 m² in Nürnberg

I am subletting my beautiful apartment in Nuremberg-Maxfeld as I will be abroad for a few months. The period is flexible from December, at least for three months would be ideal (option to extend).
The location of the apartment is great. Maxfeld subway station is right outside the door. Everything is within walking distance - nice cafés, restaurants, supermarket, drugstore, etc. around the corner. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes, otherwise a bus goes directly to "Hauptmarkt".
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung in Nürnberg-Maxfeld unter, da ich für ein paar Monate im Ausland sein werde. Der Zeitraum ist ab Dezember flexibel, mindestens für drei Monate wäre toll (Option auf Verlängerung).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die U-Bahn Station Maxfeld befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar - nette Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Drogerie, etc. ums Eck. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, sonst fährt auch ein Bus direkt zum Hauptmarkt.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet.
