Rent a room in Bullard

I’m looking for a roommate to share my large, 2b/2b 1200 square-foot apartment (upstairs). It’s a very clean and safe complex in the Figarden area (gated enclosed parking with a night guard, and a gated perimeter). You will have your own room with lots of closet/storage space and the common bathroom all to yourself, assigned parking, in unit washer and dryer and access to all other common areas. Small dogs (25 lbs max) are welcome but will require a $600 deposit per management. I am very respectful, CLEAN, quiet and laid-back. I’m looking for a roommate who is similar with an emphasis on “clean” LOL. I work full-time and spend the majority of my spare time in the gym. I am looking for someone to move in on or before April 1st to cover the other half of the rent as well as 1/2 of the PG&E and WiFi.
