The apartment is very airy and receives plenty of sunshine; it has two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a bathroom, all with abundant natural light, plus a big room downstairs (that you can use for guests or as a studio) and a beautiful garden a rare pearl in the center of Florence, unless you live in a villa where you can have breakfast, invite friends for lunch and coffee, grill, grow flowers and plants, work out or simply enjoy the fresh air and all those sunny days Florence is well known for. In terms of quality of life, this house is hard to beat.
