Tegelijk staat het huis in een rustige straat in het rustige Museumkwartier. Wat fijn is voor een goede nachtrust; je waant je in een dorpje. In de wijk geldt betaald parkeren, en er is een aanmoedigingsbeleid voor autodelen en -huren.
N.B. Het appartement is onderdeel van een actieve en draagkrachtige VVE. De servicekosten zijn fors, maar gelukkig inbegrepen in je huurprijs. Van de huurder wordt verwacht dat hij/zij rekening houdt met het feit dat de medebewoners gesteld zijn op hun rust en privacy.

LAYOUT
The ground floor consists of a living room (3.60 m high), a tidy kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, toilet, bathroom, and hallway.
The basement consists of a spacious 'landing' (used by us as a study), bedroom 1, and bedroom 2.Outside the apartment, in addition to two entrances and various corridors, there is a communal garden (green, spacious, and quiet), a bicycle shed, and a storage room.
FURNISHING
The house comes fully furnished. In addition to the furniture, various pots, pans, and crockery, you will find a washing machine and a dryer. Of course, there is a TV, a stereo system, and for enthusiasts, there is a digital piano and two guitars.

LOCATION
The property is within walking distance of a park, the train station, the entertainment center, and the most beautiful walking routes. Quick access to highways. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet street in the peaceful Museum Quarter. This is great for a good night's sleep; you'll feel like you're in a small village. Paid parking applies in the neighborhood, and there is a policy encouraging car sharing and rental.
N.B. The apartment is part of an active and financially capable VVE (owners' association). The service costs are substantial but fortunately included in your rent. The tenant is expected to consider the fact that fellow residents value their peace and privacy.
