Rent a room in Apple Valley

I have 2 cats and one is not too keen on other animals so no other pets allowed. You would have the basement which has a small bedroom, private bathroom, and a living room all to you. The laundry room is in the basement. My house has a 2 car garage. I am a full time stupid but as it is summer I’m working full time at the moment. The house is split level so my room is upstairs and the kitchen is on the first level as well as another living room with a fireplace.
