Rent a room in ardillaun

Hi All. We are 2  men collegues, we are looking for a nieghbour into the vacant room in our house. No parties, no smoking, no alcohol, no pets. Silent friendly atmosphere in the house. Room located on the first floor. Existing separate VC and shower on the first floor. 4 minutes walk from NUIG Campus, not far from the city center. Great location. We prefer to find somebody, who like science (Ph.D. student or postdoc). We give preference to a man, so as not to cause confusion in our established male team. Our house is clean and tidy, we expect the same attitude from our neighbor. No calls. E
