Behutsam renoviert mit Stuck, Altau-Türen und geölten Pitchpine Dielen. Die Möblierung - eine persönliche Hommage an das nordische Design aus der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts- vereint verschiedene Klassiker wie Bauhaus, dänische Form und Farbgebung, geschwungener Riopalisander von Arne Vodder und Paul Cadovios sowie ein Daybed von Walter Knoll.
Die kompakte Küche bietet genügend Platz um zu kochen, zu sitzen und auch zu arbeiten, weil sich die Sonne hierlange aufhält.
Das Bad wirkt relativ groß mit einer ebenerdiger Dusche.
