English: Our apartment in Berlin Zehlendorf is perfect for living and working from home. Three of us live here (2 adults and Leo, 5 years old) - but there would also be enough space for 2 children. The house is a tenement and many musicians live here (composer, pianist, jazz musician).
The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, closet and balcony: 1 large living room and study with double doors to the other large living room, which is the children's room; then a bedroom and another small study. We have lots of books, pictures and of course toys.
The apartment is fully furnished.
From the windows in the kitchen and bedroom we have a view of the green courtyard and from the living rooms of the Zehlendorf woods and an elementary school.
Shopping, books, drugstores, doctors, bakery and swimming pool, fitness center 5 minutes walk in Clayallee.
The rent is 1510 Euros warm rent. Plus 40 € internet. If you like, a longtime friend from Ukraine, Maria, can come to clean once a week (80 Euros). Welcome to our apartment!
We will be at least 3,5 months in Italy:
Maybe 6 months would also be possible (.3.25) but this cannot he guaranteed at the moment.
Our offer is aimed at couples, good friends or families, possibly also possible as a shared flat.

German: Unsere Wohnung in Berlin Zehlendorf eignet sich prima zum Wohnen und Arbeiten im Homeoffice. Wir wohnen hier zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und Leo, 5 Jahre alt) - es wäre aber auch genug Platz für 2 Kinder. Das Haus ist ein Mietshaus und es wohnen viele Musiker hier (Komponist, Pianist, Jazz Musiker).
Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG und hat 4 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Kammer und Balkon: 1 großes Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer mit Flügeltür zum anderen großen Wohnzimmer, dass das Kinderzimmer ist; dann ein Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres kleines Arbeitszimmer. Wir haben sehr viele Bücher, Bilder und natürlich auch Spielzeuge.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Direkt aus dem Fenster schauen wir in Küche und Schlafzimmer in den grünen Hof und aus den Wohnzimmern auf das Zehlendorfer Wäldchen und eine Grundschule.
Einkaufen, Bücher, Drogerien, Ärzte, Bäcker und Schwimmbad, Fitness-Center 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Clayallee.
Die Miete beträgt 1510 Euros Warm-Miete. Dazu kommt 40 € Internet. Wenn Ihr möchtet, kann eine langjährige Bekannte aus der Ukraine, Maria einmal die Woche putzen kommen (80 Euros). Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung!
