The spacious backyard offers plenty of additional space to relax, bbq, or garden.The house has three bedrooms, with two female housemates. Since common areas are shared, we would like to keep a female household. We are respectful and value maintaining a comfortable environment.All utilities are included in the rent as well as monthly cleaning of common areas. The room is available furnished or unfinished.
