Rent a room in WeHo

My current roommate got an amazing opportunity and had to move quickly. Looking for someone to move into his room from October 1-31st. Our lease will be ending October 31st and if you'd like to take it over, I'm sure management would put you to the front of the line.Pardon the mess! Lots of moving chaos. Will be deep cleaned before you move in.2BR 2BA, 1000 sqft. Small, ten unit building with assigned garage parking (no tandem!). Common spaces furnished, hardwood floors, wall AC, gas kitchen with dishwasher, beautiful patio, lots of natural light. Coin laundry in garage ($1 / load). Beautiful residential street walking distance from Gelson's and Trader Joe's, as well as many restaurants and bars and a park! The room: unfurnished, quite large with double closet and ensuite bathroom. Standing shower, built in storage, and wall AC. Large window with screens and screened window in the bathroom. I am a musician who works from home. Need someone who's cool with that / will work outside the home or quietly in the home. Also I have a sweet little pup, but no other pets allowed, sorry.
