Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Citrus Heights

I am looking for one female roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath in Citrus Heights!Rent would be roughly $958/month per person plus half of the utilities and you would pay a $500 deposit.We would both need to get approved for the apartment and be on the lease. I’m currently in a 1 bed 1 bath and would like to transfer to a 2 bed 2 bath within the same complex.Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or possible negotiations! Preferably someone who is sober or at least not a frequent drinker at home 🙂
