THE APARTMENT
Our cozy apartment was renovated in 2024 and is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building in the beautiful residential area of Wandsbek / Tonndorf right next to the beautiful Eichtalpark. The apartment has a large living room/bedroom with an open kitchen. You can also access the small (wild) garden behind the house via the living room and bedroom. The small and practical bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM
The cozy living room and bedroom are furnished with a comfortable sofa including a small side table, a large double bed and a cozy carpet. A practical and large wardrobe offers you good storage options. Opposite the sofa there is a small TV table including a television. Cozy evenings with exciting films are guaranteed. You enter the wild backyard garden via the two large floor-to-ceiling windows.
THE KITCHEN
The open kitchen includes a practical kitchenette with a sink, a work surface, a stove with oven and a washing machine. The refrigerator also has a small freezer compartment. There is generous storage space available in the wall cupboards. You will also find a small dining table that can be pulled out into a large table. You can comfortably eat your meals or enjoy tea on two comfortable seats.
THE BATHROOM
The small bathroom has a small shower chamber, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. Despite its small size, the bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual standard.

Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer mit offener Küche. Über das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer können Sie auch den kleinen (wilden) Garten hinter dem Haus betreten. Das kleine und praktische Badezimmer bietet Ihnen eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC.
DAS WOHN- und SCHLAFZIMMER
Das gemütliche Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen Sofa inkl. einem kleinem Beistelltisch, einem großen Doppelbett und einem kuscheligen Teppich ausgestattet. Ein praktischer und großer Kleiderschrank bietet Ihnen gute Lagermöglichkeiten. Gegenüber dem Sofa befindet sich ein kleiner TV-Tisch inkl. Fernsehgerät. Gemütliche Abende mit spanenden Filmen sind garantiert. Über die beiden großen bodentiefen Fenster betreten Sie den wilden Hinterhofgarten.
DIE KÜCHE
Die offene Küche beinhaltet eine praktische Küchenzeile mit Spüle, einer Arbeitsfläche, einen Herd mit Backofen und einer Waschmaschine. Der Kühlschrank verfügt auch über ein kleines Gefrierfach. In den Wandschränken stehen Ihnen großzügige Lagerfläche zur Verfügung. Zudem finden Sie einen kleinen Esstisch, der sich zu einem großen Tisch ausziehen lässt. Auf zwei gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten können Sie bequem Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen oder einen Tee genießen.
