The fourth room of the apartment (room 02 in the layout) and cellar room will not be sublet as it contains our personal belongings.
The apartment is fully furnished and very energy efficient (31,2 kWh). The kitchen is well equipped (incl. dishwasher, micro wave, etc.). The southern-view balcony can be reached via the livingroom and bedroom. It contains a full bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate guest-WC. Cable-TV and an internet flatrate via Wi-Fi (500 Mbits) is included in the price. In addition, a car parking space is included, too.
