Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Capitol Hill

Looking for a new roommate after mine moved out. I am male and 30 years old. The apartment is two bedroom, probably about sqft although i can't remember the exact number. Rent will be $1125. It has a great view of the city from both the bedrooms and the roof. I'd like someone who is relaxed, clean and has respect for those they're living with. I expect you to stay the whole lease, which would be one year. I also have two cats and I need someone who can be on their good side.
