Hello there! My name is Alix, I am a 29 year old female, and am looking for a housemate to move in my townhome. Located on Bethany Home Rd and 21st ave. Phoenix, AZ. Has a bed, futon, and some side tables. I would prefer someone that is around my age and also female but it’s not a dealbreaker. The bedroom is upstairs with private bath. I have my art studio up there also but willing to share space with fair negotiation. I have two cats that chill downstairs and outside. Unfortunately no dogs or other cats accepted please. No kids or couples. There is parking out front. A community pool. Nice little neighborhood. Rent is $1,100 with utilities included. Non refundable deposit is $150.
