Large five-bedroom apartment perfectly located for students from the Polytechnic School, the Cartuja Campus in Seville, the Pablo de Olavide University and the Ramón y Cajal Campus, given its proximity to the metro line 1 station, which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot. It is a very spacious house, with five rooms where the furniture is renovated. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower plate and the other with a bathtub. It has a large equipped terrace that overlooks the outside.

It is equipped with full kitchenware and bathroom.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
