Cozy place to stay in the heart of Sprockhövel

English: Welcome to our cozy apartment, where you will quickly feel at home.
The apartment is located centrally and in a very quiet environment. It offers easy transport and public transport connections. The city is only 5-7 minutes walk away - same as the bus station. There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building.
There is also a beautiful footpath between fields and green meadows right outside the door.
The house is a 6-party house with its own garden, where you can enjoy the midday sun as well as dry your laundry (alternatively in the attic).
The apartment is well laid out and consists of a bedroom, bathroom (with bathtub) and an open kitchen/living room. Furthermore, the attic is available for drying laundry and a cellar room offers additional storage space.
The apartment was renovated and furnished in April 2024.
The garden can be used by the six parties.

Die Wohnung ist zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet eine gute Verkehrs- und ÖPNV-Anbindung. Die Stadt ist in nur 5-7 Gehminuten erreichbar - ebenso der Busbahnhof. Vor dem Haus stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur freien Verfügung.
Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür ein schöner Spazierweg zwischen Feldern und grünen Wiesen.
Das Haus ist ein 6-Parteien Haus mit eigenem Garten, indem man nicht nur die Mittagssonne genießen kann, sondern der auch Platz zum Wäsche trocken bietet (alternativ auf dem Dachboden).
Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Bad (mit Badewanne) und einer offenen Wohnküche. Darüber hinaus steht der Dachboden zum Wäsche trocknen zur Verfügung und ein Kellerraum bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Die Wohnung wurde im April 2024 renoviert und möbliert.
Der Garten kann von den sechs Parteien genutzt werden.
