The house is located just off of Broomfield Road, close to the shops at Broomfield Parade and within walking distance of the city centre. The house is also on a bus route to Broomfield Hospital.   The double room is located on the top (second floor) of the house, next to the family bathroom. The room has a built in cupboard/wardrobe, comes with a double bed and can come with a dressing table and wall mounted tv if required. The tenant will also be able to use the Kitchen facilities and rear garden. A permit will be provided for on road parking. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED SUBJECT TO A FAIR USAGE POLICY   RELEVANT FEES AND TENANT PROTECTION As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments. This amount will be agreed before you enter into a tenancy agreement and will mean the rental price is increased for the duration of the tenancy.
