welcome to our gorgeous 1 bedroom flat in the hart of primrose hill, a 7 minute walk from chalk farm station on the northern line. the apartment is a 3 minute walk from primrose hill itself and is a perfect base from which to explore london or commute to the city. 1 street away from primrose hill village it is surrounded by independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. with beautiful high ceilings and large windows, the flat is bright and he apartment is on the 1st floor up two flights of stairs (with no lift access). it has large bay windows in the open plan kitchen/lounge, one double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (no bath). the street is residential and very quiet, and the neighbours are lovely. a miniature indoor rainforest, the flat has an abundance of plants. with all the natural light flooding in you will feel relaxed and at home. it has an oak dining table perfect for 4 or 6 people, with upholstered leather dining chairs. the sofa is plush velvet in a deep purple, with cushions so deep you simply melt in. the kitchen area is small but well stocked and has all the usual appliances: gas oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer and milk frother. there is also a washer dryer (washing machine with built in tumble dryer), iron, ironing board and clothes rack. the lounge has 'up lights' on the floor in the corners to provide softer lighting if the main ceiling lights are too bright. wifi is high speed and the tv comes with an amazon fire stick so you can log into all of your streaming rimrose hill is a beautiful part of town. if you have seen the movie 'notting hill' with hugh grant and julia roberts, expect a very similar look and feel when you come to this neighbourhood. the apartment is a 7 min walk from chalk farm underground station; an 18 minute walk from camden town underground station; just two stops from euston; and three stops from king's cross. if you carry on on the northern line you will be at old street station after 12 minutes and tottenham court road station after 10 minutes - where you'll be in the heart of soho and oxford e live round the corner and both work from home so if you need us for something that can't be resolved in a few messages or over the phone we can normally be with you within 10/15 he apartment is pet friendly - we are dog lovers ourselves and have two sausage dogs - but please do mention it to us first as we would politely decline any dogs younger than 1 year. we know what puppies and their surprise wees can be like, especially in an apartment where the floors are all carpet (except the bathroom). thank you for your understanding.
