All less than a year old. - Receives moderate indirect sunlight throughout the day - Descent sized closet What's Not Great: - Shared bathroom- Shares a wall with the living room. - The carpet is old. I have an area rug down that covers most of it while I save up to replace it.A five minute drive will put you on Highway 4. Concord is 15 min west. Antioch is 15 min east. Richmond and Oakland are about 30 min away outside of rush hour.
