Rent 3 bedroom house in Los Angeles

Greetings... I am renting a large (11'6" x 13'6" ) bedroom w/private bathroom in my cozy yet spacious home. The closet is cedar-lined and MASSIVE. You are welcome to use the large living room, kitchen, and dining room (great place to write), great backyard with deck and pool, Yoga studio, and washer n dryer. Included ALL utilities, Wi-FI, and bi-monthly maid service. If you have a few pieces of furniture (besides your bedroom) the living room is big enough to make it work.The mood here is easygoing. The house is warm and comfortable. I have a very friendly German Shepherd who welcomes walks. The neighborhood is quaint and safe. Plenty of people walking their dogs and the streets are tree lined. There is ample street parking with no restrictions or the driveway is available. I would consider a dog if they are trained, don't pee in the house and super friendly towards other dogs, as my boy definitely is.I am an L. A. native so if you're new in town I can help you get acquainted with the area. My home is centrally located to the [HIDDEN] Laurel Canyon over to Hollywood, Universal, CBS, Disney and Warner Bros. Studios.The house is split, so your bedroom and bath are on one side and mine are on the other. Which allows for more privacy. You may use the side entrance through the kitchen if you prefer instead of the front door.I teach Yoga, Spin, Meditation and I am a Fitness trainer. Physical, mental and emotional health is my jam. I train people in the Yoga studio, but when it's not in use you are welcome to practice. I would love to have someone with a youthful spirit (age does not matter), that is productive, working, FINANCIALLY STABLE and invested in life! I prefer someone that does not work at home, but it's not a dealbreaker. I am peaceful, secure and joyful and would appreciate that in a housemate. Not "Walking On Sunshine" status everyday but if you're unmotivated and depressed we will not be a great fit.
