Looking for a calm and clean Roomate to take over a spare bedroom. Currently have a female tenant and her daughter in the master bedroom. The room available has their own private bathroom, you’ll have full access to the entire house. Including storage area, private parking, washer/dryer, access to walking trails, less than a mile from FL Turnpike, restaurants and d grocery store in close proximity. The home is furnished with the exception of the available room and attached bathroom. All utilities included. Please let me know if you’re interested. Pets are welcomed!
