Rent a room in Quincy

My roommate and I have found a three bedroom apartment and are looking for a third person to sign the lease or sublet from us. Room is unfurnished and private. We would love someone who is clean and friendly and okay with a small service dog named Boogie. We are both in our late twenties and are looking for someone close to our age, who would be available for an August move in date.
