House was built in 2018. High speed internet WIFI Washer/dryer, refrigerator you're free to use. No smoking, drugs, parties I have a dog. She's a very sweet siberian husky and pretty quiet. She will not wake you up in the middle of the night as she rarely barks. Must love dogs. Must be clean and respectful. OK to cook!Can go over house rules at a later point.
