The house is about 2 minutes walk to the train station., Closest airport: Brussels South, Morlanwelz is a small city between Charleroi and Brussels, This beautiful house features 9 large bedrooms from 16 to 22 sqm, each with its own private shower, toilet and fridge., A large common area with a cozy lounge and fitted kitchen (induction cooking plates, microwave, airfryer...) as well as a garden and bicycle parking is available to the tenants., Parking in the street is generally possible at no charge, and other parking facilities nearby make it a good place also if you have a car., Plenty of small grocery stores, supermarkets, snacks and restaurants are available in the neighborhood., Rent for 6 months is 450/month with all charges included.
