Rent a room in Liège

Les charges ne sont pas incluses dans le prix du loyer (135€ de charges) et comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison., N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer une demande de réservation avec une courte description de vous (occupation, age, nationalité etc) et j'accepterai votre demande avec plaisir si vous correspondez à la colocation., Nous vous envoyons le contrat juste après la réservation sur la plateforme et vous avez 48h pour le lire et nous le renvoyer signé.
