Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 72 m² in Stuttgart

English: We are renting out our apartment with balcony in Stuttgart East for one year as an interim rent September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
The apartment is fully furnished, only personal items will be removed. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishes and kitchen appliances), a washing machine is available. A barbecue is available on one of the two balconies. One balcony is off the kitchen, the other larger balcony with a sofa can be accessed from the living room. Toilet is not in the main bathroom. If necessary and if necessary, an attic compartment can also be used.
Included in the rent is: basic rent, all additional costs and electricity and we would also provide the internet included.
The apartment was completely modernized in 2022.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, lediglich persönliche Gegenstände werden entfernt.
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet (inklusive Geschirr und Küchengeräte), eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Ein Grill steht auf einem der beiden Balkone zur Verfügung. Ein Balkon ist an der Küche, der andere größere Balkon mit Sitzsofa kann vom Wohnzimmer betreten werden. WC befindet sich nicht im Hauptbad. Gegebenenfalls und falls nötig kann auch ein Dachbodenabteil genutzt werden.
Enthalten in der Miete ist: Kaltmiete, alle Nebenkosten und Strom und wir würden auch das Internet inklusive zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 komplett modernisiert.
