Have use of common areas which are the Kitchen and Laundry Room. House has senior tenants so must be quiet and clean. The House Rules are no drugs, no smoking, no electric heaters, no pets and no visitors allowed. Occupancy available October 1st. Rent is $1,375 per month. First and Last rent is required. Deposit to hold until move-in is $500 which will be deducted from first month's rent but is non-refundable if you change your mind about the room.
