Rent a room in Melbourne

We have one bedroom available from dec 16th in Brunswick east! The room is at the front of the house with a window overlooking the street and is quite spacious. The house itself is quite old which shows on the exterior but is really homely on the inside. We have a huge back yard with a garage and tool shed, compost, fig tree, rosemary and parsley bush, grape vines and a veggie patch which is yet to be used. There is a driveway to fit one car and plenty of street parking available. The house is located just off lygon street with the number 1 & 6 tram being a two minute walk. Nicholson street is about a 5-10 minute walk for the 96 tram and Sydney road is about a 15 minute walk for the number 19. From moving in, the lease will go for another 2 months and you will have the option to continue if you like. The house is kitty friendly but all pets will still need to be approved by the landlord. Some bedroom furniture may be left if needed. Rent is $725 a month each, bills not included (Couples only).
