Private single family home on a quiet cul de sac.Room has: bed, closet, personal 3.1 cubic foot refrigerator freezer, desk, chair, chests of drawers, bookcase, message board, personal folding table, privacy lock, WIFI, 2 sets of sheets, extra blanket, towels, personal shelves in a shared bathroom--and a "cozy-home" atmosphere. Also: Shared communal living areas (Living room, family room, dining room, outdoor spaces,)Kitchen and laundry privileges. Use of community pool, hot tub, walking trails and park areas. Other perks: Three blocks to the popular San Luis Rey River Trail (9 miles of available trail--but only 5 to the beach.) 3 blocks to Mance Buchanon Park. Easy walking distance (under 1/4 mile) to Mission Marketplace shopping center (grocery stores, movie theater, eateries, a gym, and much more.) Transportation considerations:2 blocks to bus stop. Many miles of dedicated bicycle lanes. Street parking. We would prefer to rent to a MiraCosta College student, but will accept applications from people of all occupations of any gender who do not work from home--but only one person per room. We intend to rent only two of our four bedrooms, so the home should remain uncrowded. We are polite and respectful of others property and privacy--and looking for roomies that share those values.
