Only looking for Female roommate. I have lived by myself for a few years in this place but I just started school again so I am working and attending on campus. Most of my week are 14 hour days where I am gone all day, showering at work mostly. My goal is to save money and leave in 2 years so I am looking for a likeminded roommate who has goals and keeps busy. Fully furnished room, queen size bed with expensive mattress. You get the main bedroom with own bathroom. I provide everything in kitchen for common use, cleaning supplies, printer, Wifi, own TV and streaming device. Wash your own dishes and wipe up after yourself. Parking inside the gates is taking turns, shared. Cheap Coin laundry is convenient, no steps. Also a laundromat down the street. I value honesty and integrity. I keep the home quiet and secure. No smoking, NO 420 on the property. No drama. No loud music. NO PETS. My federal job requires drug screens. I am busy all the time or on call or studying home. I keep my social life outside and elsewhere, so should you. No guests. We just dont have the space.
