Rent a room in Northeast Modesto

We have an upstairs room available for rent by September 1 in Village One area of Modesto. Whole house is rented to individuals. You will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room areas. Fully furnished. Something that may be different about this house is we don't allow smoking/drugs/alcohol of any kind in the house or on the property.We do supply community toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and wifi. Laundry on select day. Last month, first month, + security deposit due at move in.
