Studio is located on the second floor and is fully furnished and ready for move-in immediately for single occupancy only. In bedroom/living space includes full-size bed, dresser, nightstand in bedroom and, desk and chair with smart TV plus mini kitchenette bar in living room space and has view of the hills and pasture. All units share community kitchen and free laundry washing. Building is located 1 mile from the prison and 6 miles to Travis Air Force Base. Military members get $100 discount off their monthly rent. This is a 1 year lease and is a smoke free and sober building. Must be able to provide two months proof of income to be approved to rent. Unit is shown by appointment only.
