The rent of $1200 includes all utilities, cable and internet. Six months minimum, then you can go month to month. There is plenty of free parking and we are close to easy transportation to the metro. This is a great place for a single person to stay either short or long term. No smoking, no pets allowed. Because this is a family home, we do not allow overnight guests, and if you are looking for a place to party, best look elsewhere. On the other hand, if you want a quiet, calm place to kick back and relax, our Studio Room fits the bill.
