We have a room which is becoming available in the middle of August The house is in a nice residential neighborhood a few blocks north of downtown Royal Oak so it's an easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The house has one bedroom upstairs which is available for rent for $600 per month each plus utilities (about $75 per month). The two upstairs rooms share a full bathroom and the two downstairs rooms also share a full bathroom. There is a back yard in the back with a large patio. Currently, there are two housemates -- a male and a female who are both working professionals. Overall, the vibe of the house is quiet but friendly. They are looking for a housemate who is a working professional or student who are chill and are relatively tidy.
