Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 65 m² in Munich

English: Hi there, I am immediately renting out a beautiful and completely newly renovated and furnished apartment. Basically, all you need are your clothes and your Netflix account for the already connected Smart TV, and nothing else. Everything is included, from cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc., to a washer-dryer, bed with bedding, and towels.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, without an elevator, so you'll stay fit as long as you're in my apartment :-)
The rent price includes everything, including internet (which is already working perfectly). You can stay for 4 months or more, but a maximum of 2 years.
All the furniture is new, or a few pieces are from a retro shop with a lot of charm.
German: Hallo, ich vermiete ab sofort eine schöne und komplett neu renovierte sowie eingerichtete Wohnung. Du brauchst eigentlich nur deine Klamotten, Deinen Netflix Account für den bereits angeschlossenen Smart TV und sonst nichts. Von Besteck, über Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser etc hin zu einem Waschtrockner, Bett mit Bettzeug und Handtüchern ist alles dabei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ohne Aufzug, also bleibst du auch gleich noch fit, solange du in meiner Wohnung bist :-)
Der Warmmiete Preis ist mit allem drin, auch Internet (das läuft bereits einwandfrei) Ab 4 Monaten aufwärts kannst du drinnen bleiben, maximal allerdings 2 Jahre.
Alle Möbel sind neu oder einige wenige Dinge sind aus einem Retroshop mit viel Charme.
