Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Irvine

Guest bedroom and private bathroom with large closet available for rent in Irvine. I am looking for someone who is interested in renting the room for the remainder of the lease which ends in September. However the goal is to find someone who wants a long term housing situation and might be open to a continuation of the lease should our living arrangement be enjoyable. The apartment complex provides several swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, laundry rooms and a gym. You would have access to all of these of course as well as a parking spot. Utilities would be included. Rent will be expected at the first of every month. I am a 32 year old female and I live alone here at my apartment. I do have a cat so whoever is interested would need to be allergy free and I am unfortunately not open to any other pets at this time. I am a dance teacher and choreographer so I am usually home during the morning and work in the afternoon till evening. I am looking for someone who works or is in school and keeps their days full. I work quite a lot so in my down time I do like to relax and cook at home and watch movies and spend time with friends. I don’t mind someone who has a social life but I am not looking to host parties or gatherings here at the apartment. You must be clean and respectful of the apartment and keep your area neat. Other than that I am rather easy to get along with and I do enjoy conversation and meeting new people. I look forward to hopefully finding a great roommate and friend and someone who enjoys living here as much as I do.
